The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.

Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. No matter how I tried to force some money on him he refused. As if that wasn’t enough he’s also a thoroughly likeable chap .
