Rod turned up on time and promptly carried out a thorough investigation to pin point the source of the problem. Absolute con!! Already had a quote before The Local Plumber called. Told me it was £82.50 + VAT an hour as an emergency call out. I said it was not an emergency call out and that the job could wait so asked for that price bracket. Told me that would be £62.50+VAT an hour. This was cheaper than the previous quote. He told me that they had a plumber in the area today so could do it at that rate today anyway. I agreed to this. Plumber arrived - completed job in 21 minutes. Charged £150. UNTRUSTWORTHY!

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price.
