A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.

Nick did a good job of powerflushing my underfloor heating which is why I haven't given him 1 star. However, he also "serviced" my boiler and I have now had 2 people inspect it who have told me that's not the case and it still has bad seals and has not been serviced properly. It's now being completely replaced (I've had 2 opinions). He also ruined a carpet my being negligent while bleeding a radiator.
