He was very pleasant, charged what he quoted to replace a leaking kitchen tap which was a fair price. Took the old tap and packaging away and cleaned up afterwards. Tap installed in no time. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

Initial fast service was my first red flag. While the leak was resolved, the workmanship was poor. My regular engineer confirmed my fears, remarking "was it his first day soldering?" There was no proper insulation or sleeving. The replacement skirting board was the wrong model and improperly attached, despite me providing the correct details. I won't use this service again; the reason for their availability is clear. Two stars is generous.
