Don’t really want to give a star, my budget was under £250 they wanted £350 to clean a gutter less than 10m in length my gutter is still blocked and I’ve had to hire someone else to do the job which cost £60 for the front and the back rather than the rip off £200 I was charged by these guys I won’t be using them or rated people again

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

You also added extra costs halfway through the job for the tiles around the window frame. My statement proves everything. If you read the comment from ( David CW8 ) you start to notice poor workmanship after a few months you need stop ripping people off

I considered a few companies and chose this company based on them offering complete replacement and photos of previous work on their website and on mybuilder also. Had guttering and downpipes replaced. The rafters where they emerge at the bottom of the roof were painted, as well as a shield fitted beneath the lowest roof tiles to prevent water ingress via the existing weathered felting. They were a very reliable and efficient team, taking a lot of care with details. A very satisfied customer and I fully recommend these guys.
