Big thank you to Alex and his team. Excellent refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. Finished to a very high standard. Alex has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work. He has been flexible and accommodating with his work schedule, and understanding of delays that I caused. There were no unexpected costs and excellent value. Highly recommended.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

ames had replaced my faulty GRP roof with new one. He has done a excellent job, very courteous and diligent and left the site clean. He completed the job on time and his price was very competitive. I highly recommend James, an experienced tradesman. Thank you James for doing a great job!
