Never ever ever would I recommend l. Initial meeting, very nice. Promised a lovely job. End result, disappointed. Left rubbish, and even, threw wood with nails, some shrubs, over the wall into my neighbours yard. £1600 ??. I was conned, and very stupid. Gates are squint, not fitted correctly. Avoid. He was asked to fit a thermostatic mixer valve. Took £80 to tell me my son, as I was at work, that my current power shower was fine to use with an air source high-pressurised heating cylinder. Which it isn’t. Then he checked with chat GPT which re-confirmed that it isn’t compatible with air source, but continued to say it would be fine. Did nothing and left. Didn’t know how to bleed a shower. Didn’t seem to know much at all.

I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.
