A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Wow - this was not what I was expecting- although on paper it was a simple job, Paul used a great deal of expertise, including laser technology. The end result is absolutely fantastic - Paul doesn't really need the ratings as he could easily fill up the next ten years with Big Projects - but it is the care in the small things that counts, plus Paul asked for less than originally quoted. 20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.
