A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I had a 5.4M long wall I wanted to be fit with OSB and also three interior doors to be fit along with the new hardware. Harry asked for a deposit and booked me in. He turned up on time on the expected day. He managed to do the whole job in one day instead of the two weeks originally thought. He did an excellent job and we're very happy with the work he's done. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Initially gave good rating as please with communication prior to work being completed and also very tidy. Cooker turned on before leaving house (light & clock on) but never tested to see if it actually worked. Few days later when using cooker it tripped fuse box. Arranged date twice to resolve issue but never arrived , no communication to say needed to cancel, only gave reason when I chased. Still no functioning cooker & out of pocket as paid when he first attended.

More importantly, very approachable and no question was too much, explained in detail what was being done and why, and any recommendations – this is how it should be done. Avoid tradespeople that cannot or do not like to explain themselves. Work quoted was a fair price and the work done to a great standard, will be using them again for more repointing to be done.
