George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Excelect job and clean all the way. GCO International got a super professional and quick team. My house is an old house 1930 and they had to go back to brick. In just 6 weeks now I can move in a brand new home. They install new electric wiring, plumbing, plastering, everything, with a team of just 4 builders. ( Garage was converted in only 2 weeks from startto finish, ) Price was resonable and nevergotan issue with them durring the building process. I recommend them and will use them again for my extension

Kyle Cummings came to repair our flat roof. What we thought was a successful repair, which we paid £500 for 1-1½hours work, 6 weeks with little rain, first heavy rain, bedroom ceiling still leaking. Kyle came on 7th June, he said it was new leak from chimney, flashing causing rain to run down a joist, £400 paid. No cat ladder used, his mate fell down the roof onto the flat roof, damaging it on the way down, leak 10 times worse. They knew they had damaged it. Making lots of excuses not to return. Don't trust

Hi I’m Darren, I have been in roofing trade for 32 years since leaving school to join the family business. I also do building works. UPVC works. All guttering. Full new roofs to small repairs. Ten percent discount for OAP,s I have public liability insurance up to 1 million pounds.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Roof is still leaking just weeks after he ‘fixed’ it. Darren Sawyer is refusing to come back or refund the money. He has simply said that we need to start over with a new roof and will not reply to any messages.

Friendly and honest lads. Martin came looked at the roofing job told me what was needed and how much. A few days later they came and did the job found a few more faults but put these right as well at no extra cost. Great work, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
