Demetri fully read and understood my request before calling me with a quote - which made the call really easy. He was also the most competitively priced. He arrived on time and was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He discovered the issue was due to another unforeseen fault but had the parts to be able to fix on the spot.
