Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.

Will came with a team to our home to update our fuse board, earth our gas and water and help us out with a lot of unknown /unused outdoor cables. Their work was to an excellent standard and every thing they did was communicated and double checked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
