Said he was going to come and look at my Kitchen Extractor fan, arranged 10am on Saturday 15th Oct. No show, no call or text either to advise. Clearly unreliable.

Arrived on time, despite snow. Changed fitting and switch, explained how the circuit works and why it trips out occasionally. All done in an hour. Definitely use again.

Removed an existing boiler and relocated/fitted a new combi-boiler inside one day for a great price. British Gas had quoted three times the price for the same job. Quite hard to get hold of on the phone, but worth persevering with.

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

Came when said although very late but could not do the job as said he had never done it before even though he came 5 he previous day to see job and give price.
