Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Honestly hard to believe how easy this was and how good Mamad and his team were. Posted job Sat, he came to quote Sun. Said he'd start on Weds at 9am. Started Weds at 9am. Said it would take 3 days - it took exactly 3 days. And gosh, do they work hard on those days - my neighbours even commented. Everything left neat/tidy at the end of each day. Paperwork and payment simple, transparent, honest. And, the finished result (a large composite deck) is perfect and high quality. Thank you so much - amazing job.
