Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. Bogdan and his brothers did an excellent job. They were always on time and kept in touch. Overall standard was very good and the "feature wall" excellent. Very tidy as well and helped advise re buying paint with a discount. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good decorator.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Superb - head and shoulders above any other builder we have ever worked with. We have undertaken a handful of development projects in recent years, and Lucian is the best by a country mile.
