Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Got in touch and was up for the job. Then had to reschedule due to birthdays then ignored when trying to confirm when they were going to come get more details of the work needed. Still no contact after messages sent.

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

quoted the job, booked in for the 3 days work, confirmed days. Tried to contact the week of the job to check on what time they would like to start no answer, and didnt turn up at all with zero communication. Avoid.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

I was very pleased with SGP, they provided an excellent speedy service and were very nice people to deal with. I felt like my home was in good hands as they were respectful, hard working and efficient. They’ve done a fantastic job decorating my apartment with great attention to detail and a professional finish. I can’t recommend them enough.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed

This company agreed to do the job I advertised but cancelled on the day they were supposed to start and a new day was arranged (today) nobody has shown up and they are not answering their phone. If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.
