Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. His pricing has been fair and his work is definately up to scratch. Very tidy and a pleasure to have araound the house - I have no hesitation in recommending him for other tasks.

I have over 25yrs in the trade with lots of experience in all aspects of building, with main background in carpentry and plastering. I was a site manager for 10yrs now semi retired and doing customer care maintenance. I am knowledgeable in all areas of building works. I now re trained and now offer Venetian Plastering and looking at only offering this service.

George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
