We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Keith has done a fantastic job hanging wallpaper and painting my hallway. His work is so neat, he's very tidy, conscientious and friendly. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

We could unreservedly recommend this company. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Small, additional items were asked for and these were also completed at a fair cost and promptly. The person tidied up afterwards and we were really pleased by the outcome,e.g. re-plastering under the dado rail, re-plastering the ceiling on the landing and bathroom and a wall in the attic room.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Peter was very friendly and helpful when he came to quote on my extension work. He also quoted on my bathroom and this he has now completed to a very good standard. I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider.
