A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. For obvious reasons I cannot provide any assessment as to his 'quality' or 'value' although I had accepted the price he had quoted me.

However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls. We did manage to arrange another time for him to come and do the job for me.

Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency. They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of.
