I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. Very competitively priced and good quality units. Jon was great from initial consultation, through to delivery. Communication was excellent throughout. Joe and his installation team are brilliant and really nice guys to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and when we have had a couple of small issues, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

All of our trades people are fully qualified and Stephen is Chartered member of the Institute of Building, which involves a rigorous application process.

Chris did an absolutely fabulous job in tidying up our old and tired kitchen. We only had a limited budget but Chris worked with us and came up with some great ideas that we would never thought of and sourced for us a lovely new sink, taps and extractor hood. Fantastic work on finishing off my bathroom. Great communication at every stage of the process including ordering parts, confirming prices and short notice changes. Very responsive to a hiccup along the way. All done within quoted time and budget.
Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.
When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.
