I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. Abdul turned up to give me a quote and just had a really good vibe about him. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. The work performed was excellent, I am extremely pleased with the final product and would definitely use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly (which I have already).
Bathroom refurbishment was a reasonably complex job as it required moving the existing suite into a different position, installing a seperate shower, alcove , hidden toilet cistern, dropping the ceiling and laying a new floor. Job ran over schedule due to some difficulties with last minute changes that i requested, but Martin was able to accomodate these and offer advice as the job progressed. Finished bathroom looks very good with no snagging list to work through. Very easy and realiable person to work with and have asked him to quote for other work that i need doing and would happily recommend him to other people.
