I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Im a sole trader with 38 yrs experience and ive complete all types of installations with an addition of an electrician. I have an extensive knowledge of all types of projects , including wetrooms.
Shaun fitted out my main bathroom and my ensuite. I now have two wonderful, non-leaking, stunning bathrooms - one a very impressive wet room. Shaun helped me on all decisions and was incredibly patient whilst I tried to decide on various options, his advice was invaluable. Subsequently his support an help for any issue has been out standing, I cannot recommend him highly enough. A professional workman, lovely person, always smiling, takes a real pride in his work, slightly dodgy singing ;-)

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .

I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls

I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. He communicated well throughout the process and worked with consideration. Highly recommend.
