I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. In the last 20 years we have evolved into One Stop Design and Construction Ltd - a fully insured company that covers all aspects of home improvements such as loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments. I haven’t been on Rated People in a while as I have got all my work through recommendations, however I recently moved to Surrey so I am building my client base out here also. I’m straight forward, honest and pride myself to giving attention to the smallest of detail. We undertake small and last scale projects and work with a team to deliver loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments including all plumbing, electrical and gas needs.

We are a small faimily business with 18 years experience in the building industry. We emply 8 full time workers and cover every aspect of building from a little knock through to a big extension we do all our own ground works, brickwork to fitting a new roof, we even have our own landscaper for all the finishing touches when the job it complete. I've been working in the building trade for 28 years as a carpenter & joiner but also experienced in most trades and also been project managing complete re-build of properties for various company's over the years including lofts extension to wet room and bathrooms to fitted bespoke kitchens.
The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.
