Fred and his team did a brilliant job replacing my bathroom floor and shower. Every effort was made to ensure job was completed to the highest standard and we can’t be happier with the finished product. Would highly recommend AK constructions SW for your building needs.

I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding. I highly recommend Wojciech for anyone needing reliable and skilled repairs!

Pete was amazing, pure dedication to his work, attention to detail meant everything to him whilst fitting out my kitchen. I was really happy and couldn’t knock him for his work ethics. Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.

Paul and his team were very professional in their approach and work. They listened to what we needed, and even with the extra unexpected work we asked of them still finished on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them for any addition work that I need.

They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. Very competitively priced, they proved willing to go the extra mile and have true pride in their work. Reliable and very personable, they work hard to ensure a minimum of disruption and dirt/dust is carried through during the work. I would not hesitate in having the team back to do other work - I know it will be done right first time and honestly. Can't recommend highly enough.

Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)
