I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Hung 3 doors perfectly. Was on time, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Could not have asked for a better service.
The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.
City and guilds advanced craft certification time served with twenty years experiance. All aspects of carpentry and joinery no job to small or to large.
The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.
Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.

This guy can certainly tile a bathroom,any vanity units you want putting in Rich is your man,trustworthy,hardworking ,tea milk no sugar,jobs a goodun,one negative just make sure your tiles match perfectly cos if he doesn't notice them straight away and you do after fitting he won't replace without extra charge.Does extra mosaic tiling too just ask he won't bite :)

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
