I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. i have 25 years experience in the trade & my work is finished to a high standard. all aspects of decorating interior & exterior ,paperhanging,fitting of upvc fascias & guttering also powerwashing houses & patios. i also do grass cutting & window cleaning.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Really poor experience it’s now 6 months and kitchen still not finished I’ve given up Still waiting for certs for electrical works honestly don’t use they are lovely guys but take on too much work and don’t finish anything

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
