I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.
After negotiations, I eventually obtained a refund for work carried out.
dont know about the value. Kept trying to get him back but no such luck.
An extremely professional job completed by a really nice chap who worked industriously over the 3 days. I am not even sure if he had a lunch break!
