I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. "The man is non-stop!" Taff was fantastic, working solidly through each day and through the week to get the job done by the deadline - no nipping off for other jobs. The job evolved during the week (it turned out the floor also needing refitting due to blown tiles and sub-standard base), but Taff was able to adapt and we ended up with a much better outcome. Good value overall, kept the work area very tidy, and professional throughout. And the quality of the plastering and insulation work was also very good!
