I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

This is the first builder I have met that really seemed to know what he is talking about. Found him very helpeful and a pleasure to deal with. The price that was quoted was fair and in comparison not the cheapest but the quality of work carried out I was extremely impressed with. If anyone needs a recommendation I'm more than willing to speak to you. There were extras on this job but he explained the reasons why it needed to be carried out and it was explained clearly before any extra work was carried out. Very impressed so have given 5 star rating.
A local trades person with a wide experience of construction, from new builds to extensions to re-furbishments, I consider myself a multi trades person through the jobs I have undertaken, I specialise in carpentry where I hold a NVQ L3 from Poole College.
Andy and Gareth were extremely friendly and did a great job .it wasn't the cheapest quote but well worth it ....any problems were rectified immediately and the place looks great now.works were on time and cleaned and tidy afterwards ! Thank you .would hire again and definatley recommend ! Stephen

Johnny was fantastic from the moment he came round. As soon as he looked at the job I knew he was going to do it well. He fitted the worktop really efficiently, he was tidy and worked hard. He also did additional plumbing that was required and even helped me fix my oven! I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Mr Gardner first emailed me with a quote for the job and then visited to see what was required. He then agreed his quote and I accepted. He arrived on time as agreed a few days later and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life!
