I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
