Excellent service addressing a problem in old properties with innovative solutions and good communication with Bristol Water. Intend to use Andrew for other plumbing jobs in the house shortly now that this supply problem has been fixed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. Andy contacted me within an hour of posting my job on Rated People. I was pleasantly surprised as the job was not high value and in my experience most plumbers just wouldn't bother with something so minor. Andy arrived at the arranged time the following morning, assessed the job, went off to acquire the parts needed, and returned to fit them. All within an hour. Excellent service. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

I have no reservations in awarding Shane and his team 5 stars. The quote was honest and reasonable, the work was performed to a high standard (as evidenced by photoes taken during the repair that Shane sent me) and despite my having to put back the repair date by a month at very short notice, this caused no problem.
