I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Luke came round the same day to quote on the job and started the next. He was always on time, very friendly and a fast worker, plus produced really good finish. He fitted a small 2nd hand kitchen we'd bought on ebay which had units already assembled as they'd been taken out of someones else's kitchen. He was able to adapt these to suit our small and awkward space and we're very happy with the result. Additionally, he fixed some flooring in the hallway which was quite fiddly. We'd love to have him back to do more work. Luke works in showbusiness building sets etc and is able to fit in other jobs too.

Although we did not hire this company for the internal building work we asked them to quote to put up decking and a fence in the garden. NB MY RATING IS PURELY BASED ON THE EXCELLENT PROVISION OF A QUOTE - JULIAN GOT TO ME QUICKLY AS ARRANGED, IN SPITE OF THE MAIN ROAD BEING CLOSED AT THE TIME, UNDERTOOK A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF MY PROPERTY AND PROVIDED ME WITH A DETAILED QUOTE WITHIN 48 HOURS. (for various reasons I am currently still running the old boiler and not switching just yet, so no work has been undertaken at this stage).

Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
Mr Gardner first emailed me with a quote for the job and then visited to see what was required. He then agreed his quote and I accepted. He arrived on time as agreed a few days later and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. I will have no hesitation in employing him again in the future should I need his services as a carpenter.
