I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. I described what was required (emergency boiler replacement) and he came back to me with a quote by lunchtime. After I confirmed the quote he arranged for someone to drive to London to collect the new boiler and Marlon was with us first thing the next morning. He was very friendly and professional, worked hard all day and left us with a fully functioning boiler. Excellent service.
