This is the first builder I have met that really seemed to know what he is talking about. Found him very helpeful and a pleasure to deal with. The price that was quoted was fair and in comparison not the cheapest but the quality of work carried out I was extremely impressed with. If anyone needs a recommendation I'm more than willing to speak to you. There were extras on this job but he explained the reasons why it needed to be carried out and it was explained clearly before any extra work was carried out. Very impressed so have given 5 star rating.

Andy and Gareth were extremely friendly and did a great job .it wasn't the cheapest quote but well worth it ....any problems were rectified immediately and the place looks great now.works were on time and cleaned and tidy afterwards ! Thank you .would hire again and definatley recommend ! Stephen

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Brilliant work, great guys, we are so pleased with the whole process which we understand is unusual at the end of a large loft conversion project! Darren did a fantastic job fitting a strong shelf in the kitchen, a new work surface in the external office and removing the decking around the office and making good. He was helpful, friendly and carried out the work just as we instructed. He worked professionally, arriving on time and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. He went a step further as well, helping with a few small jobs that needed doing. We would happily recommend him.

Pete was amazing, pure dedication to his work, attention to detail meant everything to him whilst fitting out my kitchen. I was really happy and couldn’t knock him for his work ethics. Alex did an absolutely wonderful job, Karchering/Pressure washing my patio and path to shed. He spent right amount of time, and had ‘eye’ for detail, protecting my plants which had grown along their edges too. Thank you Alex — 5 stars on this Review is because you deserve it.

I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom, it is like something in a luxury hotel and I cannot recommend Mariposa enough. I felt so cosetted, cared for and listened to the entire time. My installer was Steve and he is a master of bathroom fitting - he found quite a few oddities hidden in my existing bathroom and so had to adapt and be innovative to work around them. His work was immaculate and he is one of the tidiest people I have ever had here doing work for me.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.

I could not recommend Chris to anyone. He consistantly made basic errors. He originally estimated a 5 day period to completion, but actually took an entire month. He damaged the bath, the vanity unit, the wall lights, the door, the outside render and the landing carpet! Our house was frequently left in an unacceptable condition at the end of day. The whole process was very stressful and we will now have to have the floor relayed due to leaking pipes which he installed.
