I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Wayne Reardon is a very polite, considerate and accomplished tradesman. He listened to us during the entire process of quoting right up to the end of the job. The transformation that he has made happen is exactly what we had wanted. Wayne treated us and our home with respect and kindness. Excellent job, would highly recommend. Tiling completed to a very high standard and bathroom and surrounding area left very clean and tidy considering the work that had been completed. Very friendly, reliable and helpful during the planning of the tiling.

Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .

Mike responded to my request within hours. I had a Kitchen plan that Mike was able to improve, keeping the details that were important to me. He was able to give me an installed price that matched my previous equipment only one. Ordered before the Xmas and delivered/fitted the first week of the New Year. Very impressive. The fitter spotted a few points with my build on the first day, calling on his contacts to ensure all was done without delay. Very happy with the resulting spec, budget, timing, and quality
