I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. This has won over my trust and I will surely enlist their expertise again soon.

Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Karolis was very professional and the standard of work was impeccable; we had a very complicated design using small tiles and he spent a long time getting the look exactly right before laying the tiles Our spec changed as did his price by a reasonable amount and the original quote was competitive Highly recommended!

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. Kept us informed as the job progressed. The carpenter did come across obstacles which were new to him but this was due to the job not being straight forward and parts were tricky due to a brick hearth and a spiral staircase both to have wood flooring fitted around. The job has turned out really nice and I would recommend him.

Excellent work, high quality. Professional pleasant guys. Danny and his team motivated hardworking, clean tidy 6 months work , very good all-round. Multi skilled trades within company of brothers. Minimum amount of fuss , trustworthy Non smokers, very reliable, kept me updated , good knowledge . Fitted Wren Kitchen,built porch extension , converted garage to studio apartment decorating,plumbing, tiling , new bathrooms and shower rooms. Built fitted wardrobes. internal external doors.

Choosing a builder / contractor is never easy however choosing Paul (Chromabuild) and his team is the one of the best decisions we have ever made. Prompt, reliable, clean and a brilliant finish quality. We thoroughly recommend them and would be my go to builder for pretty much everything now. Made our job so easy with his project managements and someone who can help with good ideas. Difficult to find a fault and absolutely top class.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
