I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I have just joined rated people I Am an experienced carpet and vinyl and LVT fitter for over 25 + years, a proper apprenticeship at a family run business to their full time and only fitter at carpet studio in the high st Cheltenham. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Do not hire this man!! After plastering and painting a wall, he forced my massive kitchen cupboard back on his own, and in the process smashed the roof above it (debris was literally sitting on top of the cupboard he’d just moved), dented the wall he was hired to fix, AND my fridge - then denied all and claimed the damage had “already been there" when I sent photos after he left asking him to come back. THEN tried to charge me to come fix damage HE CAUSED. Left house in a mess as well. Avoid at all costs!!
