I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Big gaps in flooring now. His colleague left kitchen skirting uneven and broken. Avoiding calls to repair even after repeated contacts. Will not recommend because he failed to deliver quality finish.
An extremely professional job completed by a really nice chap who worked industriously over the 3 days. I am not even sure if he had a lunch break! Great efficient and really knew their stuff. They were in and out in a day and laid the carpet beautifully. They also were genuinely trying to give you best advice for your house type. We had stairs and landing carpet fitted in an Edwardian House, and it looks lovely

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?
