I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Jamie was on time to give me a quote. When I asked him about the negative reviews he had received he explained that on one of the jobs the customer was a substance user and so would not deal with them and rated jobs would not remove the comments!! Jamie is a very likable guy and goes the extra mile. His workmanship is also excellent. I will be using him again.
I am a fully qualified multi-skilled joiner with 5 years experience fitting fire doors, all 1st & 2nd fix. Composite/upv windows and doors. Flooring, kitchens, bathrooms including tiling and plumbing. Facias & Soffits fitted.

Chris did an absolutely fabulous job in tidying up our old and tired kitchen. We only had a limited budget but Chris worked with us and came up with some great ideas that we would never thought of and sourced for us a lovely new sink, taps and extractor hood. His workmanship is top class. He is friendly and extremely professional. I would certainly recommend him. A fantastic job and I keep showing off my kitchen to friends and family. Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.
Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.
I sacked this tradesman and have since had the work completed
