I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

From day one We were very impressed by level of work offered by this company and its workers. We were given a quote on what would be the price for main work and this was followed. Any extras apart of course. The two workers that came to do the job were extremely clean, making sure all other areas of the house were protected, especially our brand new floor, which they covered with hard duty plastic to ensure it would not be damaged. The workers were extremely knowledgeable of what they had to do, and were also open for suggestions from both me and my wife. Whenever we wanted to change something on the work, they would gladly raise to the challenge. The end result was a Walking Shower Room fit for a 5 star hotel. The attention to detail was second to none, and the way on which the workers conducted themselves was extremely professional and very friendly. I will definitely use them again for already planned work on exterior door and internal bits the wife is already planning to do. I would recommend this company any time and would gladly open my house for viewing if needed. We are extremely happy with this trader and the excellent work provided.

We are a small faimily business with 18 years experience in the building industry.
