Paul was very pleasant on the telephone and very helpful. I didn't actually meet him as he was doing the job for my daughter but she said he was very pleasant. I would certainly seek him out again.

Rob did an excellent job laying a floor in my loft. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Rob arrived on time and worked flat out for two days. No hesitation in recommending Rob for projects.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

We could not be happier with our new wall - it has totally transformed the look of our garden, and made it much safer and more secure. Sam and Luke were excellent from start to finish: arriving promptly on the days arranged, working tidily and efficiently, as well as being very patient and clear when answering all our queries. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Martin arrived early. He was very friendly and polite and took his time to do an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself too. I would highly recommend R Neal services.
