A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! DMN Building provided excellent service, despite some difficult weather. They were punctual and timely on the repairs they did. They did everything they said they would when they they said. Communications were great by phone and email. We had been concerned that the new bricks would be difficult to match to the old bricks, but they nailed it. Our new wall looks better than the old! A great job and a firm that not only will I use again, but one that I highly recommend to others. They were top tier and no more expensive than any of our other quoters.
