Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

Advanced construction is a small company based in Iver Buckinghamshire. We have been trading since 1992. We specialise in all types of building works. New build houses/ Extensions/Conversions/Refurbishment We all specialise in all sorts of landscaping ie patios-driveways We have our own plant .mini digger’s and dumpers etc. We quite often dig foundation and driveways for people, even if they want to carry on and finish their selves. Same goes for extensions We do all ground works, build shell and put roofs on, then client may want to take over at that stage. We are pretty flexible. Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We decided to go with Mariusz's layout and many of his suggestions for the fittings. The finished bathroom is absolutely outstanding and beyond our expectations. Mariusz is truly a master craftsman.
