We are really pleased with the work that has been done by JNP. It was done very efficiently, on time and never swayed from the original quote. Whenever I had any questions, James always responded quickly. They also dealt with appropriate licence arrangements with West Berkshire Council. Very courteous. Arrived at 8am each day but did not start work until 9am in deference to us and the neighbours. Took down a huge tree with no fuss or bother, and tidied up afterwards. Were all polite and respectfu? when asking for water etc. Worked so hard, and so quickly. Excellent.
