The initial introduction from Justin made me feel very reassured even though I'd never used this company before. He visited the house and quoted the drainage job answering all my concerns very promptly. The job was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Just had my trees taking down. 6 in total. They were quick to respond to my job advert. Gave an honest opinion on what needed to be done whilst giving us options. They have done an amazing job, they were so quick and efficient, they have taken away all the rubbish and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they had been, spotless. A very professional job and we are so pleased and would highly recommend.
