Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. Not too impressed. Not very knowledgeable regarding plants. Asked him about gooseberry bush and two other plants and he said he had no knowledge of either, yet he told me he was a fully qualified gardener. Charges were twenty pounds an hour, I used him twice and each time I got one and three quarters hours work he spent ha an hour in total amberling to his van to pu his tools away, which to me should have taken five minutes had he bothered to walk faster. I cancelled third visit as I was not too impress.
