Res Tech Roofing LTD, is a roofing company. We cover everything from small residential projects to large commercial projects. We cover all areas of the UK. We specialize in a product called Resitrix which is a German EPDM single ply membrane. IPAF 3a and 3b, harness training and first aid. We also do metal sheeting and lead work and slating with workers with 10 years plus experience in all areas of flat roofing/slating and lead work.

i had a leaking gutter and drain pipe was very worried what was involved and cost Steven came explained everything what was involved and the solution . put me to ease was very happy and pleased was bit reluctant as no recommendation on the website but was assured felt they needed a chance. i was happy in my decision in employing them good clean effective job was done also with pride and professionally . happy with the cost would recommend to my friends and family . thank you steve

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
Peter and Patrick were excellent tradesmen, they were punctual and worked long days to get the job completed in a short space of time. They had good ideas to solve problems and completed an excellent job to a very high standard. Would recommend them for bathroom work, tiling, wall rendering, painting and general trade work. Thanks to Michael and the team for a great job rendering the chimney breast in the attic. Quoted and works completed in less than 48hrs. Not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but went with the positive reviews and wasn't disappointed.
