Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I have 10 years of vast experience in housing maintenance undertaking all aspect of maintenance, repairs and renewal jobs for a know letting company, I have also completed a HNC in Construction and Building Maintenance which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in building regulation, bills of quantity and the process of housing building and maintenance. Kris did a great job. Better finish than I hoped for. He even corrected some existing faults and put those right so that he achieved a great finish. Friendly and professional. Very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely punctual and flexible to meet some of my altered availability. Already looking at what else I can get Kris to do for me! Can't recommend him highly enough.
