Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

This stair had been broken for a long time, and if I had known I could have someone like John come over and make everything so easy, I would have done it much earlier. I wanted to wait a few day's before leaving a review as I was keen on after the jobs leaks not occurring. The bathrooms are on the first floor and I've had the challenge of leakage to through the ceilings in the past. I'm quite pleased with the work completed, I've not reason to call him back, the work is neat up to a high standard and tidied up after. Overall very pleased.

Adam responded really quickly to my posting, although I didn't go ahead with the original job I posted I did ask him to carry out another job. He did a great job redecorating a studio apartment with some repairs to the ceiling from an old leak. The place looked as good as new by the time he finished! He worked with such care and left the place spotless. I will hire him again for future jobs and recommend him to anyone.
