The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. Excellent work, Ben is very good at letting you know what is happening. I am glad I followed his recommendation of a wooden loft ladder, it is much easier to pull down than the aluminium versions and sturdier to walk up. The loft is now well insulated and floored. Ben cleared up and took away all the rubbish.

Excellent service, came out very quick to quote for some ridge pointing, removing an old flue pipe, and replacing dodgy gasket on soil vent, also noted some extra cracked tiles and replaced at a fairly reasonable price, came back a couple of times to finish the job after ordering the right tiles, good professional service.
